The 6 string neck is mahogany with a rosewood fretboard, 21 frets, semi-gloss finish, 24.9″ scale. The headstock overlay is Rosewood wth mother-of-pearl inlays of the Alvarez logo and triangular design element below it. There’s also a classic Grateful Dead lightening bolt inlay at the 12th fret. The guitar has an Orchestra/OM body type, non-cutaway. The top wood is Solid A+ Western Cedar with Mahogany back and sides and a satin finish.
