GENERAL GUITAR INFORMATION
Each guitar sold on VintageSilvertones.com is a unique vintage item. In general, we only have one of each guitar. So each order is unique and personalized for you. If you are interested in a guitar please go to the For Sale section. You can make an immediate purchase with your credit card by clicking the PayPal buy-it-now button and fill out all the appropriate information. Otherwise, you can place an order using a check or money order by contacting us about the desired guitar, include your complete address, and we'll send you back the complete order information. Please do not send payment until you have received an order confirmation. If the guitar is in stock we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days (usually less) with the total cost including shipping. Once you receive confirmation the payment can be made and the guitar will be reserved for you. If payment is not received within 10 days then it will become available again.

Note: All the guitars VintageSilvertones.com sells are vintage and have a customary amount of wear. This adds to the character of the guitar. All guitars are in working condition and fully functional unless otherwise stated. We have done our best to describe and document each guitar. If you would like more photos or information about a particular guitar please contact us.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Each guitar will be de-tuned and carefully packed for shipping. VintageSilvertones.com ships via UPS (United Parcel Service) or Federal Express using Ground shipping. Most orders within the US will be received within 5-7 days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. Contact for shipping expedited rates. Generally, shipping within the US will be about $45-50 including insurance and be shipped via UPS Ground service.

REFUND POLICY
VintageSilvertones.com has a seven (7) day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with a guitar purchased through us, return the item, at your cost, in the exact condition it was sent out in. We will refund your original purchase price minus the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee upon receipt.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
VintageSilvertones.com accepts credit card payments through PayPal. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Orders placed with a personal check will be shipped once the check clears. To place an order using a check or money order contact us about the desired guitar, include your complete address, and we will send you back the complete order information. Please do not send payment until you have received an order confirmation.

VIEWING HOURS
The guitars are available for viewing by appointment only. We only set up one appointment at time so you get a personalized viewing of the instruments. We are located in New York City. If you would like to set up an appointment, contact us with your desired date(s), and we'll send you our hours during those day(s).
