This is a mid 1960's, solid body, Silvertone electric guitar made by Kay of Chicago. This guitar is solid as a rock and rarely goes out of tune. This is guitar is almost entirely original except for the one set of tuners. They have been replaced with an almost identical set to the originals. The guitar has some wear and a bit of the paint is wearing off. But for a 40 year old gutiar it's in excellent condition. The electronics work perfectly. The action is medium. So it will work for slide or general use.
